Professional Instruction...
Jonathan is a very experienced Yachtmaster and Yachtmaster Instructor based near Lymington UK. He is regularly seen skippering yachts in the Solent, surrounding areas, across the English Channel to France and further.
Sailing has been a passion for Jonathan from an early age; it all began with a Mirror
Dinghy and since has progressed through to yachts of varying sizes. Having spent
24 years in the Royal Marines, Jonathan has had a wealth of life experiences. Much
of his early yacht sailing was undertaken in the form of adventure sail training
with the Corps. His more recent activities have included skippering the 72ft Ketch,
TS Bulldog (formerly TS Arethusa), the historic yacht ‘Lively Lady’ and skippering
in corporate event yacht racing in the Solent.
Valuable experience has been gained over the years with many sea miles covered helping
Jonathan develop a vast wealth of knowledge, which together with his friendly and
relaxed approach has helped him become a very competent Commercially Endorsed Yachtmaster

Crews Control, our Bavaria 38, built 2004, is a beautifully fitted out and equipped
cruising yacht. Built by Bavaria Yachtbau GmbH to extremely high standards she has
been coded in line with the MCA code for small commercial vessels.
Designed with safety
and comfort in mind, she is reassuringly quick and handles like a dream. Her interior
is bright, airy and exceptionally well finished, providing comfortable accommodation.
Crews Control will sleep 6 comfortably, with ample provision for personal stowage.
Domestic facilities are of the highest standards, from the electric kettle, toaster and large fridge in the galley to the shower in the heads.
